Challenge: Complex hydraulic piping
Design, installation and connection of a complex hydraulic piping system (metal pipe connections and flexibles) for new machinery to be installed
Waste treatment sector: shredding plant
Challenge: Critical high-pressure pipeline
Design, upgrade, installation and connection of hydraulic piping for shredder plant, (metal pipe joints and flexibles). 'pipe size 76.1 x 8 mm'. This installation was particularly critical due to the enormous load on the pipes from the pump housing.
Waste processing sector: soil drill
Challenge: To provide contaminated and under extreme situation used machine with new flexibles and fittings.
The works were carried out in an ABFlex+ workshop. The piping was replaced collectively.
Sector Port: transshipment crane
Challenge: preventive replacement of piping.
Construction sector: concrete pump and crawler crane
Challenge: maintenance on a concrete pump and excavator.
